Who is certified — and who ceased to be
The registry lists valid certificates and, separately, decertified ones with their date and cause. Today, day 0, it is empty — and it says so plainly: the first cohort is the milestone.
An empty registry is an honest registry
The standard is published today and does not give away its first seal: every certificate requires an audit, an external evaluator’s decision and live data running. The registry will take as long as the first cohort takes — 3 to 5 hotels in the territory plus a declared experimental demonstration.
Here will appear the first MGTA certificate in history.
With its name, its world, the issue date and the link to its living record on the public board. And if it ever has to be withdrawn, it will appear below, with date and cause — because a truthfulness standard whose registry hides breaches contradicts itself.
Global Rent a Car — candidate 0
Takes part as candidate 0: a declared experimental demonstration, to prove the standard applies to a real operation. The decision to certify it — or reject it — belongs exclusively to the external evaluator, never to the Lab. The Lab submits itself first to the same bar it imposes.
Until the evaluator decides, there is no certificate — not even for the house. The registry does not distinguish friends: it distinguishes decisions. D
No QR is issued whose destination is not public and verified — first the board is turned on, then the first seal is issued.
That is why no certificate can precede the board: the seal’s QR resolves the operator’s living record, and a living record without a public board does not exist.
